WHAT BOLDLEADERS MEAN TO ME!!
"We become adopted to the lack of use our basic human resources as they respond by becoming an familiar to us"
(Bold) is very comprehensive word which may mean inspiring others, changing the human community, taking some one from nothing to something, from zero to hero, and from unknown to known..
Boldleaders are the one who interested in inspiring and change things in the community in direct manner.

To me when I selected to join Youth African Leadership program in U.S.A, I had diferernt perspectives like going in U.S.A and just hanging out, eating, playing, and so on. When I arrived I just wondered about high ways, allot of Traffic lite, and terrible food at the hotel for the first tine, did not know even the name of the food, just pointed from the menu since I did not know the kind of food I was pointed, every thing was confusing, meet new people who are talking very much and was not my culture. But when things went on after welcome meeting and Glacier view hotel workshop things into my head started to change and started to impact new ideas and taking out of my head sll of the limiting beliefs which I had before, like feeling I am not old enough, I am not wise enough, good enough, and strong enough to bring changes in my community, I never thought of my role in my community. This is a huge problem to youth especially, using voice is the big deal, Expressing their thought is also a big deal, and this cause things getting worth, Then I came to realise that there is no minimal age to change your community, no matter how old, strong, wise and good you are.Our communities have allot of expectation to us, if we are to notice this, we will still in dark continent. To be a good leader you have to accept mistakes you have made and then to apologise as well as to be ready to learn from others and to take from them what will work to you. Also a leader should be ready to spend allot of time to have conversation with people in the community to hear different perspectives from them, and to see how all of them can collaborate in order to bring changes in the community all to gather. Every thing can change, even mountains can be removed, you have to come from impossible to possible. Some time may be worried to do something, but you have to try to do very little and then you succeed, even if you face challenges never give up.Once you make it, ask your self what else I can do.You have to be romantic, like to be personable, talkative, to be ready to invest time in conversation even if they are unrelated to purpose, to be loyal, rarely criticize and express anger tactiful, and quick to praise people. Avoid to be warrior. Competitive, analytical, just valuing logical, to believe your feeling are only valid if they are logical, focusing on enhancing rather than praising, rarely act without passion, talking fast, Negotiate aggressively, also avoid to be mastermind and to be as an Expert. We now get to know the differences between leader of substance and leader of appearance. Leader of appearance see things as separate pieces that are stack that way, while leaders of substance see things as are connected, interdependent and changing. Also leaders of appearance see things as antagonistic while leaders of substance see things synergists, Also leaders of appearance talking about what should be, while leaders of substance talks about what will be. Leaders of appearance make decision guided with fear, pleasure and reaction, while leader of substance make decision with prinsiples, values, and responses. Also leaders of appearance their relations are shaped by assumptions and Illusion, while leaders of substances their relations are shaped by Questions, an learning. Leaders of appearance has total control and perfect plan, while leaders of substances support probabilities, unknown and critical mass.Lastly leader of appearance says I know and just instruct, while leader of substance says I am in development, so is allowing new ideas. We are living in the world of Unrest, civil wars, hunger, famine and diseases, people hunting each other, but I can see the future, I believe Boldleader are all brothers and sisters all over the world. When this idea of Boldleaders spread all over the world then the world will be safe place,"when the power of love overcomes love of power then the world will learn peace" Join Boldleaders in www.boldleaders.org. share with us your life experience and you will get to know ours."when you were born, the world rejoiced and you cried. Live the life so that when you die, the world cries and you rejoiced". Leaders of substances participate 100%, is a good player, is listening to his couch,is ready to be couched, don't establish boundary of your imagination, be who you are, practice who you are, doing what you say, not believe in what you say but say hat you believe, tend to see every problem and account your self as you are responsible to solve it. Remember don't be worried on what you want to do, never give up, no more aggression,, no blaming on others, just collaborate with them so that they can learn from you, be first boxing your self in and others in, let others to say, Network with others, notice emergence quickly so that you can avoid the state of dangerous. MAKE UNCERTAIN TO BE CERTAIN.
Also Being a leader does not mean to be president, minister, or Secretary of state, you can be a leader of your self or leader your fellow pears, so every one is a leader. what need to do is to notice the role you have in your community and participating 100% as a player and couch some times.

CHICKEN RISING& MY COMPUTER SKILLS.
Dear friends, to day I would like to share with you about chicken rising project development and my computer skills.

I would like to have something like computer project, that computers should be easily available at special or subsidized price for secondary schools students across the country, and also all secondary schools in Tanzania each should be equipped with computer and projector, and since the country had fibre optic for internet connection, then the shortage of teachers could be reduced as one teacher could be able to teach many schools in Tanzania. I am sure the problem of addressing shortage of science teachers will be a past history.

Mustapha & Fema club.
first of all I would like to thanks my dear blog readers, and to ask excuse since you may find some mistakes I made, either in typing or in organizing and posting new posts, but I am a student in blog access, also in using a computer. But I am interested in sharing with you my life experience.
Today I want to share with you my life experience in working with NDABO FE MA CLUB as a chair man of the club, actually challenges in the journey of making positive changes in the community is constant. Organizing Fe ma meetings, Events and tours to different schools for teaching, is hard work also. Only a big challenge is determining the interests of different club members, because in the club some members are real want to learn something from the club, and others just wants tours just because they will get an opportunity to go out of school since our school is boarding school, and students has got no many chances to go out of school.
Actually its hard to organize their ideas and make them one thing.I spent alot of time to make them to have one vision of changing the community, whenever nessessary I used leadership skills like to teach them how to listen as how life depending on, to show love to others, to respect some's idea, to over come limiting beliefs, to use their, to be responsible and accountable, as well as volunteering. Actually, any leader should know that challanges are constant in his or her leading journey, some time you may find that some problems has no answers, actually is not true, thats just short run period, you have to be passion, and to think more about it" Trouble in life is not that has no answers, but has many answers" its better to know all the questions rather than knowing all the answers, because its easy to find answers when the problem is alread known, its difficult to find the answer for uknown problem.

Welcome
I am Mustapha Rashidi from Tanzania in East Africa. Some people try to compare my name with the name of the Lion King, it does not matter any way.
In September 2009 I got an application form from Peace Corps office in Tanzania, which was for the Youth African Leadership Program, which supposed to be held in the United States of America. I filled out the form, but with no hope that I would succeed. But, on the beginning of November, soon after graduating from Ordinary Level education, it was evening when I received a phone call from my sister Mirinda. She was volunteering in our school and was staying with me and she told me that I am one who was selected to join the program. To some extent you can't imagine how I jumped as if I had wings, or as if I am dancing Masai drums. The next day I started preparation for the journey and on 28th November 2009 we started the journey to USA.
It was a very long plane ride and it was my first time to travel outside of my country. The food I thought to be very bad. Also in USA I was faced with food challenge. The breakfast was almost the same as our breakfast in Tanzania so I made sure that I ate a lot of breakfast to compensate because I knew lunch would challenge me. But the trip was so good, especially on the subject with which we were dealing.
The trip opened my mind and I started to think ab out myself, my community, my Tanzania, and my Africa at large.
On the 29th of December I came back to Tanzania and started advocating in my community as a peer educators mentor as well as conducting different activities in health matters. I wanted to change my community through micro-finance especially to women who have their entrepreneurship skills and helping poorer students go to school by paying school fees. I thought the way was to raise income and only way was to start chicken rising project to raise enough funds for my micro-finance plan to be successful. I asked for a little fund from Ashoka Youth Venture, but they did not provide it to me. I was faced with a lot of challenges especially financial challenges but I did not give up. I used my basic human resources to find different ways to make my dream successful. Finally I succeeded to raise funds from Returned Peace Corps Volunteer Mirinda Gormley and started my chicken rising project. I am hoping soon I will rise much funds for helping kids go to school.
I thought this to be just a start and then I thought of expanding my ideas and the I got idea of exotic rabbit raising, which is in the process. Funds from Bold Leaders program which is supporting my exotic rabbit raising project. We are in the final stages and are hoping to share pictures of that project and the development of the chicken raising project in a few months.
I beg you to keep reading and sharing ideas with me for the impacts of our communities.
